Licensing procedures for Practicum / Apprenticeship / Practical Work activities at PIAT UGM
The applicant applies for a permit for practicum/apprenticeship / practical work addressed to the chairman of PIAT UGM by including and attaching the following requirements Application letters and proposals that have been approved by the competent authorities, including:
1. The identity of the applicant
2. Themes / titles for practicum / apprenticeship / practical work
3. Time and duration of practicum/apprenticeship / practical work
4. Proposals that have been approved by the competent authority
5. Covid-19 free certificate (Antigen Swab)
The application letter is sent to the Center for Agrotechnology Innovation (PIAT) Gadjah Mada University, sent via email with the address: piat@ugm.ac.id or by filling in the online form to fill out practicum activities:
