Application Procedure for Laboratory Class Permit at PIAT UGM

•Applicant file a request for laboratory class permit addressed to the Head of PIAT UGM by mentioning and attaching files as below :

  1. A request letter and a proposal verified by the authority.
  2. Applicant’s identity document(s).
  3. Theme of the research.
  4. Time and duration of the research.
  5. COVID-19 Free Health Certificate.

The request letter is addressed to Agrotechnology Innovation Center Universitas Gadjah Mada via e-mail at : piat@ugm.ac.id
